2. Files you convert

Our PDF and image tools process the files you select directly in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to FileConvertix servers for conversion and are not stored by us. Processing takes place on your device.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and improve the service. It may process data such as pages visited, usage activity, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google services may receive information such as page URLs and IP addresses; Analytics cookies may store identifiers in your browser. We use reports to understand usage in aggregate.

4. Google AdSense and advertising cookies

Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit repetition, and personalize ads depending on your settings. 6. Email communication

If you email info@fileconvertix.com, we process your message and email address to respond and follow up. You do not need to email files to use the converters; please avoid sending sensitive documents by email.

7. Technical logs and retention

Hosting and network providers may temporarily process technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page for security and operation. Those logs are subject to the providers’ retention and security practices. Email correspondence is retained as needed to respond and follow up, subject to applicable legal obligations.

8. Third-party services and links

The site uses Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts, and may load libraries for PDF processing through cdnjs. When your browser accesses these resources, it connects to the relevant providers and may share technical information. Third-party privacy practices apply to their services.
